"You find peace not by rearranging the circumstances of your life, but by realizing who you are at the deepest level."
Eckhart Tolle

Love Is All Is Love
Whatever is not an expression of love is a cry for love, no matter what form it takes.

You Must Remember This...
Just like the heart and lungs, the mind is working all by itself.
Take five minutes to watch the mind and see for yourself.
If you try to stop thinking it just starts right back up again.
Everything it thinks and does, it's doing on its own.
You have almost no control over it.
You can't stop it by controlling it, but you can (eventually) stop it by watching it non-judgmentally.
You are not the body and its senses. You are not the mind and its thoughts. You are the silent Awareness that is aware of them.
Now the big question is... Do you want to wholly and completely BE that Awareness of profound peace, silence and happiness, which is the real you?
Or do you prefer and enjoy the drama and suffering created by the ego/mind? (Many people do, but that's because of the ego/mind.)
Knowingly or unknowingly, this is why people practice meditation.
That which you are knowingly or unknowingly seeking, is what is causing you to seek.
It's calling you to Itself. It's calling you back Home from whence you came, from that far country.
Do you want to "remember" who/what you actually are?

The Real Deal
For something to be truth at all, it must be relevant and beneficial to oneself, and all others, without exception. Truth is universal and impersonal. It applies to all and excludes no one. The truth is still the truth even if it's rejected or not currently understood. The real truth is what it is despite our opinions and beliefs about it.

Therefore Love
"What is love?"
"The total absence of fear," said the Master.
"What is it we fear?"
"Love," said the Master.

AllOneness
True autonomy arises when we have broken free of all the old structures, all psychological dependencies, and all fear. Only then can that which is truly unique and fearless arise within us and begin to express itself. Such expression cannot be planned or even imagined because it belongs to a dimension uninhibited by anything that has come before it. True autonomy is not trying to fit in or be understood, nor is it a revolt against anything. It is an uncaused phenomenon. Consciously or unconsciously all beings aspire to it, but very few find the courage to step into that infinity of aloneness.

Jus' Lovin' You
Now here is what I know will bring you joy. Decide that the rest of your life -- every day, every moment, every word -- is something that you will share with everyone whose life you touch in a way that ensures they will know there is nothing they have to do, nowhere they have to go, and no way they have to be, in order to be loved by you right now. Let them know that they are perfect just as they are, just as they are standing there.

Seeing
To young souls there are good folks and bad folks.
To mature souls there are only good folks, though some do bad things.
And old souls, well... they only see themselves.
And they love. love, love.
I see you.
The Universe

And they love. love, love.
I see you.
The Universe
I AM. That is All.
... I am not limited to the modes of expression seen on your planet alone. You do not know Who I Am, but only think you do. Yet think not that Who I Am is limited to you, or that My Divine Essence -- this most Holy Spirit -- was given to you and you alone. That would be an arrogant thought, and a misinformed one.
My Beingness is in everything. Everything. The Allness is My Expression. The Wholeness is My Nature. There is nothing that I Am Not, and something I Am Not cannot be.
Conversations With God, Book 3

Now Hear This
"When you speak about Reality," said the Master, "you are attempting to put the Inexpressible into words, so your words are certain to be misunderstood. Thus people who read that expression of Reality called the Scriptures become stupid and cruel, for they follow, not their common sense, but what they think their Scriptures say."
He had the perfect parable to show this: A village blacksmith found an apprentice willing to work hard at low pay. The smith immediately began his instructions to the lad: "When I take the metal out of the fire, I'll lay it on the anvil; and when I nod my head you hit it with the hammer." The apprentice did precisely what he thought he was told. Next day he was the village blacksmith.

Who Do You Think You Are?
When you recognise that there is a voice in your head that pretends to be you and never stops speaking, you are awakening out of your unconscious identification with the stream of thinking. When you notice that voice, you realise that what you are is not the voice - the thinker - but the one who is aware of it.
Knowing yourself as the awareness behind the voice is freedom.
Stillness Speaks, by Eckhart Tolle
