A Tale Told By An Idiot

Seeing the strength of the I and not strengthening it by not identifying with it or giving it a voice is a very powerful spiritual practice. And it does take practice before dis-identification from the ego becomes more our usual state than identification. We have to see that story spun by the egoic mind again and again before we begin to see ourselves as that which is aware of the story instead of the storyteller.
