"The notion that all these fragments are separately existent is evidently an illusion, and this illusion cannot do other than lead to endless conflict and confusion. Indeed, the attempt to live according to the notion that the fragments are really separate is, in essence, what has led to the growing series of extremely urgent crises that is confronting us today. Thus, as is now well known, this way of life has brought about pollution, destruction of the balance of nature, over-population, world-wide economic and political disorder and the creation of an overall environment that is neither physically nor mentally healthy for most of the people who live in it. Individually there has developed a widespread feeling of helplessness and despair, in the face of what seems to be an overwhelming mass of disparate social forces, going beyond the control and even the comprehension of the human beings who are caught up in it."
David Bohm, Wholeness and the Implicate Order
We believe matter to be separate, fragmented, uncertain, and expend huge resources to discover its true nature, based on that belief. We believe ourselves separate by implication, and are trying to 'fix' this by every means possible.
Except by simply changing our view of reality.
All is One. Be That.

Ah, it's the crux of everything, isn't it.
Imagine how different the world would be if we all believed that. I still believe that that world is coming :)
Same here, Sue. In fact, it's already showing itself. It doesn't make the evening news though;)
I'll just get on and Be That, along with all the other Be-ings like yourself. Let's give humanity back to itself:)
Hi, I am from Australia.
Please find some references that affirm what David Bohm wrote - but even more so

Hi Anonymous Australian! Have you passed beyond name and form into the Dreamtime, or do you want to make yourself known before I buy you an imaginary lager?
Having read some of the info you linked to, I think I'd probably agree with the general idea, but would also probably express it in about a dozen words. I'm into bar snacks rather than 15 course banquets.
All culinary tastes are welcome here, though, so if you're inclined, pull up a stool and waste some imaginary time. I'd love to hear more from you.
I like Christ=m(c squared) very much. I'll have peanuts with that:)
